Acceptable use policy

This Acceptable Use Policy (“AUP”) defines what must not be done with Alusia. It forms part of the Terms of Service and exists to protect the Service, its customers, and the people whose data customers process.

The Slovak version of this document is the governing text. This English translation is provided for information only. View the Slovak version

1. Scope

This AUP applies to every user and organization using the Service, including trial workspaces and the public demo. The customer organization is responsible for its members’ compliance.

2. Prohibited content

You must not upload or process content that is unlawful under Slovak or EU law; infringes intellectual-property, trade-secret, or personality rights; contains malicious code; or consists of special categories of personal data under Article 9 GDPR without a lawful basis established by your organization as controller.

3. Prohibited conduct

You must not attempt to access another organization’s data or another user’s account; probe, scan, or test the vulnerability of the Service outside the published responsible-disclosure process; circumvent authentication, authorization, rate limits, or usage quotas; scrape the Service or use it to build a competing dataset; interfere with the Service’s operation; or resell or provide the Service to third parties without our agreement.

4. AI-specific rules

You must not use the Service to generate content whose creation or use is unlawful; attempt to manipulate the answer pipeline into ignoring its safety or grounding rules (for example through instructions embedded in uploaded documents); or present AI answers as professional advice without independent verification. Answers are grounded in your documents and cited so they can be checked - checking them is your responsibility.

5. Enforcement and reporting

We may suspend or restrict access that violates this AUP or endangers the Service or other customers, and will notify the affected organization when we do, unless the law prevents it. Violations can be reported through the contact page; security vulnerabilities belong in the responsible-disclosure process described on the Security Disclosure page.
