Annual billing: two months free.
The allowances above are the launch quotas for each plan. Usage packs and seat add-ons extend them explicitly - there is no metered overage.
Additional seats are available on every plan as an explicit add-on.
What counts as an AI query?
One successful, substantive answer to a question. Failed generations, sign-in problems, empty retrievals, opening conversations, viewing citations, and regenerations we cause never consume your allowance. Search is not an AI query.
Fair use
Allowances exist to keep service quality high for everyone. Additional seats and usage packs are explicit purchases - there is no silent metered overage.
VAT
Prices exclude VAT, which is calculated at checkout based on your billing country.
Cancellation
Cancel any time; access continues to the end of the paid period. A failed payment never deletes your data.
Enterprise
Everything in Business, plus a dedicated data plane, SSO/SAML, a signed DPA, an SLA, EU-region AI processing, your own OpenAI key, custom retention and quotas, and onboarding support. Priced per organization and scaled by seat count.
